December - March we are in sunny, southern Sonoita, Arizona
for hands on, every day, quality horsemanship and livestock handling. Arizona offers the opportunity to bring your own horse and develop new skills together.
In 2012 we are scheduled back to the Rocking G Ranch to start their next crop of young horses under saddle. If you would like to develop and test your colt starting skills and a quality program, come join us June 1-20th!

Mike Goyins is a lifetime horseman from Montana, who has been pursuing the refinement of horsemanship for over 45 years. Mike’s approach to horsemanship is inclusive to all levels of riders. All you need is an open mind, the desire to become a better horseman and the willingness to have fun in the process!
Come join us for a day or two of individual coaching for you and your horse as well as the opportunity to improve our ability to identify the root or core issue with our horses and how to correct it by learning from the challenges other participants are having with their horses also.
Where: Rocking G Ranch,Redwater, Alberta
July & August we are on the job tending cattle and performing other ranch tasks as required in the mountains of Montana.
